Regenerative Medicine Center Utrecht (RMCU)

Converging engineering, biological and clinical expertise is pushing her innovative research in maxillofacial bone regeneration at the RMCU. Recent findings of her lab were supported by an AO start-up grant on endochondral bone regeneration (via a cartilage intermediate) showing great promise for actual clinical implementation of a cell-based cartilaginous tissue construct in bone defect regeneration.
